www.mokhomeware.com Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy

1. Orders & GST
All additional charges related to delivery—including restocking fees and removal service fees—are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), as displayed on our website.

2. Returns
www.mokhomeware.com permits returns for regular-priced and in-stock products (excluding pre-order items) under the following conditions:

The customer must notify www.mokhomeware.com in writing within 14 calendar days of receiving the item.

The item must be returned in its original, unused condition.

The refundable amount shall be calculated as:

Final Paid Price – Delivery Fees – Restocking Fee,
where the Restocking Fee is determined as 10% of the Final Paid Price for every 2-week period that has elapsed from the date of invoice.

3. Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing within 14 calendar days from the invoice date.

A 10% deduction per 2-week period from the invoice date will apply.

For pre-order items, once materials have been prepared (commonly after 5 calendar days), a 25% material and handling charge will be deducted.

If delivery is already scheduled, the Delivery Fee is non-refundable regardless of timing.

4. Failure to Pay Additional Service Fees
If delivery-related service fees (e.g., stair climbing) are not paid prior to attempted delivery, www.mokhomeware.com reserves the right to cancel the order. The refund amount in such cases will be:

Final Paid Price – Delivery Fees – Restocking Fee (calculated as above).

5. Exchange Policy
Customers may exchange Cash & Carry items provided:

The item is in original, unused condition.

The original www.mokhomeware.com receipt is presented.

The new item is of equal or greater value.

No restocking fee applies to valid exchanges.

6. Exclusion Clause
Exchanges or returns are strictly not permitted for the following categories:

Custom-made or made-to-order sofas

Promotional, discounted, or "as-is" sale items

Mattresses or used pillows unless sealed in original packaging
